UniqueHR owner, Garry Bradford is like most American business owners trying to gauge what is in store for 2017, with a new President, new Administration, and new Congress. Having met recently with investment bankers, bank presidents, business owners, and U.S. and State Legislators, Mr. Bradford describes the overall mood among the group as “optimistically conservative.”
With a true businessman at the helm, government leaders are weighing the options to grow the economy by making business in the United States attractive. Cutting taxes from 35% to 15% and allowing monies to be brought in from off-shore has industry leaders predicting incredible growth. Rolling back strangling regulations will help the marketplace shift its focus back to business, which in turn will spur new products, services, and new jobs here at home.
“Businesses, especially small- and mid-market, should be focusing on their core business now, more than ever. Being able to scale operations in short order will mean the difference between signing a new contract or not,” says Mr. Bradford. “We are in store for incredible growth and a robust economy. For the most part, our customers here at UniqueHR will have an advantage by not being bogged down with human resources, payroll, risk management and all that entails. We can help them scale up as fast as possible by allowing them to focus on what they do best, while we do what we do best.”
