Harassment in the Workplace
Course Objectives:
There are many forms of harassment- all of them against the law. This course will discuss the kind of harassment that arises from the diversity of the American workforce. It covers harassment on the job because of a person’s race, color, religion, or national or ethnic origin.
By the end of this training your staff will have a thorough understanding of:
- your organizational harassment policy and procedures
- how to handle complaints
- how to take corrective action
(The training is broken up into two parts. Part 1 is designed for employees and Part 2 is designed for supervisors/managers.)
