Client Relations Manager

Lindsay joined Unique in 2007 and our management team in 2010, having previously worked for one of the world’s leading global human resource (HR) consulting firms.

In her tenure there, Lindsay managed extensive Leave of Absence Cases, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and short and long-term disability. Her responsibilities also included creating and implementing New Hire Training Programs and in-depth training in Conflict Resolution.

Lindsay’s background also includes working as a Recruiter in the corporate headquarters of an exclusive national department store, where she assisted with the employment process through Recruitment, Education, Retention and Career Development.

At UniqueHR, Lindsay is responsible for ensuring our clients are well cared for. Lindsay has extensive experience executing service strategies and building successful teams. She serves as our client advocate and provides excellent guidance and training to our staff.

Lindsay’s HR background and education enable her to provide exceptional service to both our clients and the employees.

When Lindsay is not hard at work serving our client’s needs, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys decompressing from the busyness of her day-to-day tasks by working in her garden. She and her family have a huge love for dogs and enjoy traveling, fishing and sports as well.
